About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from the Ballerina Farms online store, operated by KS Ecommerce LLC, including checkout at checkout.ballerinaprotein.co. Please review these terms and the policies linked below before ordering.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your selected items, quantities, currency, shipping charges and total before submitting an order. Product availability and pricing are shown on the store and at checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains delivery estimates and shipping charges. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee and customer-paid return shipping.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, review the recurring price and billing frequency shown with your selected plan before completing checkout. Recurring charges continue according to that plan until it is cancelled. For help cancelling before a future renewal, contact info@ballerinafarms.net. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged; please contact us about that order under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Using the store

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, or attempts to interfere with its operation or another customer's account. Product information is not medical advice. Follow product labels and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about suitability or allergies.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used. The store uses Shopify and Revley services to support shopping, checkout and payment processing.
