Subscription renewals

If you choose a subscription, review the recurring price and billing frequency shown with your selected plan before completing checkout. Recurring charges continue according to that plan until it is cancelled.

How to cancel

To request cancellation before your next renewal, email info@ballerinafarms.net with your order number and the email address used for your subscription. Please contact us before the next scheduled charge.

Orders already charged

Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. If you need help with an existing order, contact us as soon as possible and see our Returns & Refunds policy. Changes to an order may not be possible once it has been processed or dispatched.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
